Our Partners

Heart Gallery of Southeast Texas is proud to partner with Centers for Children and Families and Buckner Children and Family Services. These partnerships allow us to connect children in foster care with families ready to provide love and stability. While Heart Gallery focuses on raising awareness and recruiting adoptive families, these partners provide vital support services after adoption—ensuring children and families have the tools they need to thrive together.

Buckner

Buckner Children and Family Services is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to protecting vulnerable children, strengthening families, and transforming lives across generations. Guided by core values—faith, integrity, respect, service, and teamwork—Buckner provides compassionate, high-quality support to those they serve. We’re honored to partner with Buckner in our shared mission to help children find safe, loving, and permanent homes.

Centers

We’re proud to partner with Centers for Children and Families and their Post Adoption Program, which supports families who have adopted children from the state’s foster care system. Many of these children have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment, and the program’s mission is to help families not only survive but thrive. Trained staff provide free services to eligible adoptive families to foster healthy, lasting relationships. Contact Centers for Children and Families to learn more or determine eligibility
