We’re offering two complimentary opportunities for agencies to experience our Pre-Service Training for Treatment Foster Care (PR-TFC) which is also available for direct care staff in residential settings.
At Pressley Ridge, we know that when caregivers understand a child’s trauma and feel confident responding to their needs, healing begins. PR-TFC strengthens caregiver competencies to support children with trauma and mental health complexities.

PR-TFC can be integrated into your T3C Treatment Model! It helps staff and families develop trauma-responsive skills, a crucial foundation for a fully implemented model. We encourage agencies to align their policies, procedures, and practices to embed PR-TFC’s coaching strategies into daily work.

The PR-TFC curriculum is evidence-based and trauma-informed, delivered through 10 training units (30–36 hours over 4 days). It’s available as a train-the-trainer model, empowering your team to train foster parents and staff with excellence.

- Corpus Christi: December 9–12, 2025 at the Omni Hotel
- Hotel Rates are $149 single/$159 double per night (codes will be provided to awardees)
- South Padre Island (Rio Grande Valley): February 9–13, 2026 at the Courtyard by Marriott
- Hotel Rates are $109 per night (codes will be provided to awardees)
