Texas Family Care Network (TFCN), a division of Pressley Ridge, partners with families, providers, and communities to strengthen outcomes for children, youth, and families through Community-Based Care. TFCN currently serves Region 5 (Deep East Texas) and Dallas County (Region 3D), building on the strengths, resources, and relationships unique to each community.
Transforming Texas Welfare Through Community Based Care
Community-Based Care brings services and decision-making closer to the communities where children and families live. Through an individualized and coordinated service delivery approach, TFCN will partner with local agencies to create a comprehensive network of care and support for all levels of care with the end goal of securing permanent, stable homes.
Our trauma-informed, strengths-based approach builds on the unique needs and strengths of each child and family, with a shared focus on safety, permanency, well-being, and creating strong foundations for long-term success.

Texas Family Care Network believes children and families are best served through strong, locally driven systems of care. As a Single-Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC), TFCN works alongside families, caregivers, providers, courts, advocates, and community partners to coordinate services and supports that promote safety, permanency, and well-being.
Our approach recognizes that every community is different. By building upon local strengths and partnerships, TFCN works to develop responsive systems of care that meet the unique needs of the children and families we serve.
Transforming Deep East Texas Welfare
Texas Family Care Network is a division of Pressley Ridge Texas, a 501 (c)(3) corporation. We are a Single-Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) that will provide transformational change to the child welfare system in the Deep East Region (Region 5). We will focus on an individualized and coordinated service delivery that will be provided by many local partner agencies resulting in a comprehensive level of care and support with the end goal of securing permanent and stable homes. Our trauma-informed and strength-based approach will provide children and families a strong foundation for success.
Reunited
As she faced challenges with substance abuse and domestic violence, Briana’s one-year-old son Michael was removed from her home. Through her dedication and perseverance, their family was able to be reunited.
