TFCN’s Quality Assurance & Contracts Department emphasizes building partnerships and empowering our providers to excel in service delivery with the overall goal of ensuring integrity and effectiveness of services delivered by our provider network.

• We work alongside our providers to recognize their successes and provide support in areas where enhancements can be made.
• We oversee various aspects of service delivery, including adherence to contract specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• We conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews of operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent quality performance and outcomes.
• We develop and implement quality assurance procedures and training programs to maintain high standards across all contracted services.
